A Breathwork Experience by I Gotta Be Well
What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the conscious manipulation of your breath. We will use intentional breathing exercises to shift how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. With just your breath you can soften tension, regulate your nervous sustem, find mental clarity, and reconnect to yourself.
Gentle Yoga (15-20 minutes)
We’ll begin with gentle, accessible yoga to soften the body and release physical tension, creating space for deeper connection. This will invite stillness, tuning into the body, and noticing where the body speaks first before depening into the breath.
Guided Breathwork (45-55 minutes)
From there, you’ll be guided through a curated breathwork journey focused on optimizing your breath, regulating the nervous system, and supporting emotional release. This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, or a deeper sense of alignment within yourself.
Breath is more than just a function, it is a bridge. Throughout our time together, you may find moments of grounding, expansion, and even subtle spiritual attunement as you return to your natural state of being.
This is your space to find presence, slow down, let go, and come home to yourself.

Location: Broken Shaker, Downtown Los Angeles
What to Bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water, any tools for cmfort and support (yoga blocks, bolsters, pillows)
Accessibility: All levels welcome. No prior experience with breathwork or yoga is required.
