Hosted by Diamond Vitality Center
Join Mira Devi in the Salt Cave for a a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra experience designed to guide you into the subtle realm of rest, healing, and inner spaciousness.
In this gently guided practice, we’ll lie back and dissolve into the formless support of ether — the fifth element — as it holds the subtle body in quiet awareness. Bathed in the soft embrace of the Salt Cave , we’ll explore what’s ready to be released, what’s asking to be heard, and what’s calling to be restored. Realign with your soul's purpose and your heart's desire.
What to Expect:
This journey is ideal if you’re feeling emotionally full, energetically overloaded, or simply ready to come home to yourself.
No experience necessary. Just bring your body, your breath, and your longing for stillness.
Spaces are limited in this intimate setting—reserve your spot early.
Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed, centered, and gently transformed.
