Over the last 30 years, Ali has created the life of her dreams - transforming from engineer, to non-profit director, to parent, to psychic. Her life’s path creates a unique down to earth approach to meditation and energy work that is accessible and inspiring. Through her deep intuitive abilities, Ali provides profound clarity and guidance, helping individuals uncover hidden patterns, release emotional blockages, and align with their true path. Her work taps into higher wisdom to illuminate the road ahead, offering her clients the confidence and understanding they need to move forward with purpose. Through her business, A Light Insight, Ali offers one-to-one sessions, group classes, and gatherings. When she’s not teaching meditation or doing energy work, Ali loves being with her kids and husband in Denver, Colorado.
