This class will cover the basic and most ground-breaking techniques to immerse yourself mindfully in your life in order to create peace, spaciousness, and more presence. Each weekly module will involve an introduction into a sphere of your life where mindfulness can be applied. There will be guided meditations, discussions, and practical pointers on how to bring midnfulness into everyday life.
No experience in mindfulness or meditation is needed but experienced meditators are certainly welcome. We will try our best to accomodate various needs for physical comfort including chairs, cushions, floor mats. The class is offered as a practicum for Susanne's mindfulness teacher certification.
