SOMA Breathwork is a practice led by Mimi D. that blends ancient breathing techniques with modern science. SOMA (an acronym for "Siddha Om Mantra Activation") uses rhythmic breathing patterns, guided visualizations, and proprietary music to create a powerful transformative experience.
The SOMA method was developed by Niraj Naik, combining elements from various breathwork traditions with neuroscience research.
