Expanded-State Awakened: A Healing Breathwork Experience
Expanded-State Awakened is a powerful, transformative practice that can lead to profound healing and personal growth. Through deep, accelerated breathing—combining inhalation and exhalation into a continuous cycle—along with powerful, chakrally aligned music, you may enter a deep meditative state and a psychedelic-like inner experience.
This altered state of consciousness allows us to access deeper parts of ourselves. It can support greater self-awareness, the release of blocked energy and emotion, increased creativity, and a renewed sense of connection to self and the universe.
In this Expanded-State Awakened experience, you will be guided by experienced facilitator Sam Pullen, who will create a safe, supportive environment for your journey. You will also have the opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar path of self-discovery.
If you’re looking to explore the depths of your being and unlock your full potential, Expanded-State Awakened may be exactly what you need. Sign up today and experience the transformative power of Expanded-State Awakened for yourself.
Things to Consider
If you live with any of the following conditions, this experience may not be for you:
• Cardiovascular issues
• High blood pressure
• Recent injury or surgery
• Any condition requiring regular medication
• Panic attacks
• Psychosis or seizure disorders
How to Prepare
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Pajama-type clothing is completely acceptable. You will most likely want socks for the breathwork portion.
Bring:
• A warm sweater, wrap, or blanket
• Blankets, mat(s), pillows (and a bolster if you have one)
You will be lying on the floor for more than one hour, so you are encouraged to bring as many blankets, sleeping bags, thick mats, and cushions as needed to create a comfortable padded “nest.” It’s better to over-prepare than under-prepare. You don’t want to be distracted by discomfort or a sore back.
Eyeshades / Mask / Scarf:
Bring something that can serve as a secure blindfold during the breathing session. (An eye pillow may not stay in place well enough.)
Optional:
• Earplugs, if you’re sensitive to loud music
• Journal and pen, for writing afterward
