Wellness & Wine: A Community Conversation on Mental Wellness

What happens when we slow down, pour a glass of wine, and create space for honest conversations about mental health?

Join Daylan West, founder of Day2Day Life Journal and host of men’s wellness gatherings, and Shanique Walker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and creator of Mental Beauty Reset, for a unique co-ed wellness experience designed to bring people together through reflection, conversation, and connection.

After a packed first event with 30+ attendees, we are bringing the community back together again—this time with a relaxed evening atmosphere, light wine, and guided activities that make talking about mental wellness feel natural and welcoming.

This is not therapy and it’s not a lecture.

It’s a community-centered space to pause, reflect, and connect with others who care about growth and wellbeing.

Together we’ll explore simple ways to reset through:

• Take-home worksheets and DIY reflection tools

Our goal is to continue breaking the stigma around mental health, especially in spaces where men and women can learn from each other’s perspectives and support healthier conversations across communities.
