Urban Reset: Sound Healing + Ear Seeding on the Patio
Join us for a restorative afternoon designed to calm the nervous system and reconnect you with your body. Set on our peaceful Fillmore patio in San Francisco, this limited-capacity experience blends sound healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and modern wellness enhancements.
The event begins with a 60-minute immersive sound bath led by Claire (@calmerwithclaire), known for her deeply relaxing sound journeys throughout the city. Guests will then receive a personalized ear seeding ritual inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine to support balance, relaxation, and stress relief.
Each ticket includes a complimentary tea service featuring Absolute Rest and Stress Zero blends, along with a take-home Redmint Lingshi Sheet Mask to continue your reset at home.
Guests may also choose to enhance their visit with optional 20-minute mini wellness services, including massage, acupuncture, dermaplaning, or modern recovery experiences like the Somadome and PEMF Mat.
