Weβll begin by settling into the space together at Love and Light Yoga Wellness Studio. This hour is devoted to grounding, meaningful question prompts, sharing (as you feel called), and gently arriving in your body. Expect connection, reflection, and a safe space to be seen and heard.
π‘ 6:30β7:30 PM β Mindful Strength Movement
This is where we build heat and resilience.
A mindful bodyweight and calisthenics-based workout designed to strengthen, tone, and energize β while staying rooted in breath and awareness.
β’ 5-minute intentional warm-up
β’ 40-minute strength-focused workout
β’ 15-minute cool down + guided recovery
This is a mindful movement class β come ready to break a sweat, challenge yourself, rest with intention, and rebuild stronger from the inside out.
π« 7:30β8:15 PM β Tea + Community Time
Weβll close with nourishing tea and open community time to connect, reflect, and soften together.
