β and especially in times that feel divisive ββ the need for connection, grounding, and shared resilience has never been greater.
Join us for Micro-Dosing Hope, a special 2.5-hour community workshop designed to steady the nervous system, cultivate courage, and reconnect us with the quiet power of practice and presence.
Weβll begin with two full hours of yoga, weaving together grounding sequences, heart-opening postures, and breath-centered practices. This immersive experience will give us space to release tension, process what weβve been carrying, and reconnect to the strength that lives within our bodies. Through mindful movement and intentional pauses, weβll practice resilience β not as an idea, but as a felt experience.
As Kritee Kanko reminds us,
"When we grieve collectively within our communities, we come to insights and understanding; we build our power, and our collective ancestral resilience, and the seeds of courage necessary for collective action can blossom."
In that spirit, weβll close with 30 minutes of guided community discussion β reflecting on where we see hope in action, sharing stories of individuals and organizations making a difference, and exploring how we can cultivate the qualities we want to see in the world.
This gathering is about more than yoga.
Itβs about remembering that we are not alone.
Itβs about practicing what we want to embody.
Itβs about micro-dosing hope β together.
