In this workshop, we discuss and dialogue about cultivating proper perspective, willingness, knowing, and acting to live our lives fully, and invite more light and new whispers to create a new us !

We will explore:
~How stress blocks the Free flow of Energy and contracts space

~ How Gratitude opens, Big Yes to all dualism and contradictions.
~How Conscious Connected Circular Breathwork in various centers (Tantric Way) helps resolve stuck feeling patterns from past modes and opens bliss states.
~Enhance our capacity to feel the body and enjoy sensations, rest in deep peace and ecstasy within, free from trauma and stress.


In these 2.5 hrs of meeting, we will practice:
~ Shaking and moving the entire body
~Pelvis rocking/jiggling and Spinal breathing

~Conscious connected breath: Breathing to maximize space and coherent flow of Energy

About the Facilitator
Mahendra Briksha
Tantric/Taoist Breathing, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Breath Flow Vinyasa Yoga, Stress Management, Integral Life Coach and Conscious Eating , Breathing Guide
Mahendra Briksha born in a small village in the Himalayas, is a yogi, a certified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, an Integral coach, and a vegetarian chef. Briksha combines Vedantic Yogic practices, Buddhist wisdom, and Integral insights in his teaching. He has been sharing and leading breathing sessions, yoga asana, meditation classes, and stress management/wellness courses for 15 plus years.
Briksha’s main mission to share his knowledge and experience is to help people awaken in their body, breath, and mind and learn to live a peaceful, and evolutionary life in the midst of the busy world.
