Gong Cocoon: Multi-Gong Bath Under the Tree

As part of my 2026 Gong Around the World series, this offering invites us to gather under a tree — not outdoors this time, but within the sacred container of the Castro Room.

With the gentle confinement of a yoga studio, minimalist walls, wooden floors, and an open-hearted community, we will bring the tree inside. Beneath its presence, multiple gongs will surround you, their vibrations weaving through the space like branches, roots, and silk.

This is a Gong Cocoon experience — an indoor sound bath where you are held, wrapped, and softened. The resonance moves through you like sap through a tree, inviting deep rest, recalibration, and remembrance. You don’t have to do anything. You don’t have to go anywhere.

Expect nothing. Receive everything.

This afternoon is an invitation to bathe in sound, to let yourself be enveloped, and to rest inside the medicine of vibration and stillness.

In honor of Mother’s Day weekend, all moms will receive a sweet gift.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, blankets, pillows, an eye mask, and water.
Yoga mat rentals are available. Free bolsters and blankets are also provided by the studio.
