Full Moon Sound Bath with Restorative Yoga & Reiki Healing

Join us for an evening of spiritual healing utilizing three powerful modalities: Reiki (floating hand positions over the body), Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing by classically trained musician, yoga teacher, and Reiki Master, Alyssa Lauren Stone.

The Full Moon shines in peak illumination, symbolizing clarity and completion of a cycle. Energy may intensify, emotions amplified, and a window of opportunity widens to manifest our deepest desires. Together, we will harness these cosmic energies using these powerful healing modalities:

Join Yoga Flow SF resident teacher, Alyssa Lauren Stone, as she guides you on a sound-healing journey from the Himalayas to the outer cosmos, using Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, frame drums, gongs, and a wide range of percussion instruments.

Alyssa will guide you through restful poses using props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to deepen relaxation.

Participants will also receive Reiki, a hands-on healing method originating from Japan over 100 years ago. Alyssa will be joined by Chelsea Scherer, a certified Usui Reiki Master and Shamanic Reiki practitioner, for the Reiki portion.

Together, they'll create a deeply immersive journey into rest, resonance, and renewal.

All are invited to gather in community over complimentary De Soi mocktails after the event ends at 7:30 pm.

*Please bring a yoga mat, eye cover, and wear socks if possible. Optional: bring yoga props if you prefer to use your own blankets, bolster, blocks, or strap.
