Hosted by Glow Yoga & Wellness
The Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana - is the energetic center of creativity, pleasure, sensuality, and emotional expression. When in balance, it allows us to feel deeply, express freely, and experience joy with ease. But when blocked or depleted, we may feel disconnected from our bodies, creatively stuck, emotionally numb, or overwhelmed.
This 2-hour journey supports you in softening back into your body, unlocking emotional flow, and reconnecting to your inner well of vitality and desire.
β¨Whatβs included:
This workshop is especially nourishing if you're feeling creatively blocked, emotionally drained, or longing to reconnect to joy, pleasure, and your feminine or fluid essence.
All levels welcome. No prior experience with Kundalini or cacao needed.
