In this powerful somatic workshop, we’ll explore why manifestation isn’t just about vision boards, affirmations, or mindset shifts. True manifestation happens through the body - because your nervous system stores unprocessed emotions, limiting beliefs, and subconscious protective patterns that may be blocking you from receiving what you truly desire.
You’ll learn:
- Why somatic & nervous system healing is the missing link to attracting what you want with more ease
- How your body may be unconsciously protecting you from receiving more love, abundance, joy, or freedom
- Why your nervous system must feel safe in order to receive and hold your desires
- What it actually means to become an energetic match for what you want (and how to get there)
Through guided somatic practices, including breathwork, grounding, emotional release, and intuitive movement, you’ll begin to clear what no longer serves you and align with the energy of what you truly want to call in.

About Anna Bolender: Anna is a Somatic Embodiment & Intuitive Life Coach, Reiki Master, and lifelong student of holistic health and well-being. Through her coaching programs and workshops, Anna guides others to return home to themselves, releasing what keeps them stuck, reconnecting with their body and inner wisdom, and creating real, lasting transformation from the inside out. Blending somatics, energy healing, and mindset work, she helps clients break free from self-sabotaging patterns, rewire their nervous system, and cultivate simple daily rituals that support a fulfilling, grounded, and aligned life.
