ELEMENTAL: A Cacao & Sound Journey

We’ll move guided by the elements as gateways into presence:

Air through breath and spoken word,

Water through the fluid wisdom of cacao

Fire through intention and inner ignition,

Earth through the grounding sound of instruments and songs,

We'll begin by sharing agroforestry cacao from La Chinantla, Oaxaca. An ancestral medicine known for awakening the heart, enhancing clarity, and gently elevating mood through its natural theobromine-rich chemistry. As you sip, you’ll be guided into a gratitude-centered ritual to root into your body and set your intentions.

From there, Deni will lead a short breathwork activation to expand the lungs, soften the mind, and invite the pathways of air to move stagnant energy. The journey closes with an earth-driven sound bath with grounding vibrations that steady the mind and create room for inner balance.

This gathering invites you to reconnect with your nature and return to a grounded, elemental sense of presence. All are welcome.
