A 7-night silent meditation retreat exploring compassion and equanimity through guided meditations, Dharma talks, group practice meetings, contemplative verbal inquiry, and periods of sitting and walking meditation.
The retreat aims to cultivate steadiness and love to remain open to the challenges of our times. The majority of the retreat occurs in noble silence except for teacher-led Q&A, small groups, or other practice meetings. Open to all experience levels.
Arrival: 2:30β4:30 PM on May 30. Departure: 11:00 AM on June 6. The retreat includes daily periods of sitting and walking meditation, Dharma talks, guided instruction, and teacher meetings.
