UPPER AEÖN

UPPER AEÖN is a husband-and-wife operation run by Pavel AEÖN and Fairy AEÖN out of Austin. They produce events that mix breathwork, dance, meditation, and biohacking into single experiences, and they do a lot of them. By their count, they've taught over 100,000 people and put on more than 100 events per year.

Their main thing is the System Reset Experience, which cycles participants through structured breathing exercises, freeform dance, and meditation in one continuous session. They run these in Austin and other cities like Long Beach. The format is high-energy and participatory. This is not a sit-quietly-and-listen situation.

Pavel AEÖN, formerly known as NOA|AON, is a certified Wim Hof instructor, DJ/producer, and biohacker who once spent 50 days in complete darkness. He and Fairy have three kids and describe what they do as the "Earth 2.0 Movement," a community built around what they call conscious transformation, quantum awareness, and sovereign power. Beyond the System Reset, they run several other formats. XTC (Getting Ecstatic) is a conscious dance and socializing event. Hybrid Breathwork pulls from 15 to 20 different breathing styles in a single session. 50 Shades of Movement mixes yoga, fitness, and dance, sometimes with blindfolds on. They also do conscious DJ sets tuned to 528Hz with live instrumentalists and drummers. On the workshop side, the Ultimate Reset Day packs biohacking, breathwork, meditation, dance, nutrition, and ice baths into one full day. They offer Wim Hof workshops through Pavel's certification and a team-building format called Passion-Purpose-Legacy for corporate groups.

They run multi-day retreats around the world too. Some combine biohacking with plant medicine in places like Colombia, South Africa, and Thailand. Others are Wim Hof cold immersion trips. They take custom bookings for music festivals, conferences, and even conscious birthday parties.
