About Kathy Peters

Kathy Peters spent years as a Certified Public Accountant and Chief Financial Officer. She worked in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, building a corporate career that looked right from the outside. On the inside, she was burnt out, frustrated, and stuck. She knew she wasn't on her highest path, to use her words, but she couldn't figure out how to break through the blocks keeping her there. That gap between knowing something is wrong and actually doing something about it defined a long stretch of her professional life.

The shift came when life forced her hand through what she describes as "the perfect, yet painful opportunity for change." She doesn't get into the specifics much, but the outcome was clear: she left the corporate world entirely and moved into spiritual guidance work. The pain of that transition is something she talks about openly, because she thinks it matters. She's not selling a clean overnight transformation story. The process was hard, and she'll tell you that upfront. But it changed the entire direction of her life.

Now based in Austin, Kathy runs workshops focused on helping people find what she calls their Soul's calling. Her primary offering is a 7-day program called Energized and Aligned Transformation, which walks participants through a structured process of identifying their internal blocks and working through them. This is a workshop, not a passive experience. Kathy is hands-on with each person, guiding them through the material rather than presenting from a stage. The format is built around doing the work, not just hearing about it.

The CPA background is what separates her from a lot of people doing this kind of work. She spent decades in finance, managing budgets, answering to boards, thinking in numbers. That gives her a practical streak that shows up in how she runs her programs. She's specific about goals and outcomes. She wants people to make actual changes and stop circling the same patterns that keep them stuck. There's no vague "trust the process" energy here. She's more likely to ask you what specifically is in your way and then help you figure out how to move it.

Her style is direct and warm at the same time. People who've worked with her describe someone who is caring and honest, who will push you but never in a way that feels harsh. She's been through her own version of being trapped in a life that didn't fit, and that comes through in how she works with others. She doesn't sugarcoat the difficulty. She does believe people can get through it faster than they expect, and she says her goal is to help them get to their Soul's passion as quickly and easily as possible.

Kathy works with people who feel the way she used to feel: successful on paper, unfulfilled underneath. The person who built a career and checked all the right boxes but wakes up knowing something is wrong. Her workshops focus on the fears and internal blocks that keep people from making changes they already know they need to make. She talks about welcoming breakthroughs, and she means it practically. Her whole approach comes down to one idea: you already know what needs to change, and she's there to help you stop being afraid of it.
