Armstrong Community Music School

Armstrong Community Music School has been teaching music in Austin for 25 years. They're a nonprofit on Camp Craft Road that offers individual lessons in just about every instrument you can think of, from piano and guitar to cello, percussion, and composition. They also do recording engineering. Styles range from classical and jazz to blues, folk, and music traditions from around the world. All ages, all skill levels.

What brings them onto the wellness radar is their sound healing programming. They run a Sound Bath for Wellness & Relaxation, which fits naturally into a school that has always treated music as something bigger than performance.
