Yoga for Change at Kismet Salon 💖

We're Elle Engelman and Zoë Smeltzer Fox - two devoted yoga teachers committed to providing a cozy and accessible space for movement, mindfulness, and community. We love bringing serenity to Kismet Collective - a magical hub where art + heart meet business.

Doors open at 8:30am, we provide complimentary espresso or matcha lattes curtesy of Kismet Salon.

Class will start promptly at 9:00am and the journey will last roughly one hour and fifteen minutes - starting with a gentle slow flow and ending with a soundbath by Zoë, accompanied by Reiki from Elle.

This class is designed for everybody and every body - come ready to move, groove, explore, discover, and celebrate exactly who you are.

Tickets are $20 (before fees). We are passionate about the yogic principle of ahimsa, or nonviolence, inspiring us to curate "yoga for change"!

Every last Sunday of the month, we host this offering with Kismet Salon and donate 50% of our proceeds to rotating charities we love. Since our first experience in July 2025, we've donated over $500 to missions we are passionate about: Point of Pride, The Trevor Project, Give Well, Let's Rescue Dogs, JOBE, MIRAC, and The Okra Project.

THIS class, we are honoring Women's Month and will donate to East Los Angeles Womens Center. ELAWC is a leading voice for thousands of survivors of domestic and sexual violence, providing them health services and social support. https://www.elawc.org/
