Get Ready for Women's Voice Activation!

Join us in person for an empowering experience designed to support you in finding, refining, strengthening, and celebrating your voice. It’s an intentional and supportive space where you can connect with women, show up as you are, and explore ways to express yourself confidently. Whether you’re confident in your self expression or looking to amplify your impact, you have a place in this circle.

The practice of voice activation is designed to unlock the bridge between the head and the heart: the voice. The circle will be both playful and deeply impactful. We will explore with: various vocal excersises, modalities of breathwork, embodiment of self expression, and chanting.

We honor that the voice is the bridge between the head and the heart/body; when the voice is locked, we are not in full expression. The intention of this work is to unlock our most authentic self expression, whatever that looks like, through the voice. As we do so, our hearts open to who we are here to be.

This particular gathering on March 22nd is intended for women who counsel others in deepening in their personhood.
