Welcome, beautiful souls.

Tonight we gather in sacred community around the warmth of the fire — a space where hearts can soften, voices can rise, and spirits can reconnect. This circle is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the medicine of togetherness.

Through cantos (sacred songs), gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and an ancestral sound bath journey, we will open pathways within the body and spirit — allowing us to release, restore, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within each of us.

The fire reminds us that transformation is always possible. As we sit together, sing together, and breathe together, we honor the ancestors, the earth, and the living pulse of community.

You are invited to arrive just as you are.

There is nothing you need to perform or prove here.

Your presence is the medicine.
