This two hour women’s circle is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of gathering in community.
Together we will explore simple embodiment practices that help regulate the nervous system, support emotional expression, and deepen connection with ourselves and each other. The circle includes a cacao ritual, guided breath, movement, and time for reflection and sharing.
This is a supportive space where you are welcome to show up exactly as you are.
Participation in sharing is always optional.
