WhoAmI.love Community: Meditation, Sound Bath & Somatic Movement [Free]

Join us for an afternoon designed to awaken presence, deepen connection, and honor the essence of who you truly are. This immersive gathering brings together community, sound bath healing, guided meditation, and somatic movement; offered by three gifted facilitators: Jeffrey Morgan, Rachael Hardway, and Leilainia Marcus, that’s woven into a seamless journey of inner discovery.

We begin with a community welcome, inviting you to settle in, connect with others, and attune to the energy of the space. This is a moment to arrive, ground, and open together.

The afternoon will unfold organically as our facilitation team guides you through the following experiences:

Guided Meditation with Jeffrey Morgan

Spiritual counselor and facilitator Jeffrey Morgan will lead “The Never-Ending Journey of Your Soul Meditation,” offering an experiential pathway into the infinite nature of your being and the subtle realms within and without.

Live Sound Bath with Rachael Hardway

As Jeffrey guides the meditation, sound healer and sound bath facilitator Rachael Hardway will create a live, responsive soundscape, harmonizing with the meditation experience to deepen your relaxation, clarity, and inner resonance.

Optional Sharing & Live Q&A

At the end of the meditation and sound journey, those who feel called are invited to share their experience and ask questions in a safe, supportive environment.

Somatic Movement with Leilainia Marcus

Leilainia Marcus will lead us in somatic movement, breath, and alignment to help you center, ground, and reintegrate into your body consciousness.

You’ll gently be guided through each step of this sacred process in alignment with the heart of WhoAmI.love:

We’ll conclude the day in a joyful celebration and community gathering with treats and refreshments as a delicious way to ground, connect, and savor this sweet moment together.

What to Bring?

We provide a yoga mat, a blanket and eye masks. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that helps you relax.

First come, first serve gated; on-site parking is available. Street Parking is also available, and the option to ride share.
