Whispers of Spring: Preparation for Rebirth & Spring Equinox

The Spring Equinox is not just a date on a calendar. It is the moment the earth tips back toward light — the threshold where everything you have been quietly growing in the dark finally has permission to emerge.

On Sunday, March 22nd, 100 Healthy Women is marking this threshold with a sacred, half-day ceremony designed for women who are ready to step fully into their new season.

This is not a yoga class. This is not a workshop. This is a ceremony.

We have called in three extraordinary healers — each bringing a distinct medicine — to guide you through a complete arc of transformation over four hours at the beautiful E.K. Gallery.

OPEN — Decolonizing the Mind
Liz + Llo of Lé Trois Apothecary open the ceremony with a harm-reduction centered exploration of ancestral plant wisdom, functional plant allies, and the cultural legacy of healing practices that have always belonged to our communities. Rooted in education, care, and reclamation. Tea Bar open throughout.

MOVE — Gentle Movement: Thawing
Safia Pulliam of Find Your Lite guides the body into a slow, intentional mobility flow — hip opening, shoulder release, lymphatic stimulation, spinal opening, and grounded stillness. Let the wisdom travel from your mind into your body. Accessible to all bodies and all experience levels.

REST — Sound Bath
Cheyenne Pierce of Cioné Soul closes the ceremony in the ancient medicine of vibrational sound. This 30-minute immersive sound bath is the deepest integration of the afternoon — a full exhale for your nervous system and a resting place for your spirit.

PLANT — Spring Intention Ceremony
Together, we name what we are calling in, what we are releasing, and the one word we carry into our new season. This is your threshold moment. Come ready to plant something real.

ABOUT YOUR HEALERS

Lé Trois Apothecary (Liz + Llo) — A harm-reduction centered plant medicine practice created from and for Black femmes. Their workshop "Decolonizing the Mind" is an immersive community exploration of plant allies, mushrooms, and the ancestral healing practices our communities never stopped using.

Safia Pulliam · Find Your Lite — A movement and wellness practitioner rooted in somatic awareness and the belief that every body deserves to feel fully welcome. Her work brings plant wisdom from the mind into the body through slow, intentional, culturally grounded movement.

Cheyenne Pierce · Cioné Soul — A sound healer whose vibrational work creates space for deep nervous system rest and spiritual integration. She closes our ceremony with sound that reaches places words cannot.
