Vinyasa Practice: Movement as Ritual

A 75-minute guided yoga practice with Amie Alvarado accompanied by instrumental handpan music by Justin Ezor

This breath centered moving meditation is designed to connect to your inner power and shift perspective through direct experience, a challenging ritual that opens the body and clears the mind.

We begin with pranayama to establish rhythm and awareness. From there, the discipline unfolds through sun salutations, grounding forward folds, spinal twists, hip openers, expansive backbends, and inversions, finishing with restorative shavasana.

All levels are welcome. Show up exactly as you are. Modifications are offered to support beginners, with variations available for experienced practitioners.

All you need is a mat, a mind, and a body.

[Bring your own mat, or reserve one upon request]
