The panel will explore rebirth, releasing shame, overcoming fear, and breaking cycles with people who have been there.

There will be a brief Q&A after to answer the questions you have on your heart.

This workshop includes a guided visualization, journaling, and a wisdom talk. Jesenia and Alisha of Medicine Women's Co. will help you lay outdated versions of yourself to rest to clear the way for a newer, truer you to emerge.

Use the wisdom of human design to blaze new trails. This workshop provides a general introduction and highlights breaking cycles and parenting.
