Welcome the season of renewal with a Flower Medicine Jar Beach Workshop. This gentle ocean gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and honor the energy of spring. Set aside daily stress and step into a peaceful creative ritual by the sea.
During this experience, we will explore simple Ayurveda-inspired wisdom and the concept of prana, or life force energy, supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Through grounding reflection and nature-based ritual using sand and flowers, you’ll connect with seasonal renewal and set intentions for the months ahead.
You will create a Flower Medicine Jar using blooms, herbs, and natural elements. Flowers will represent energetic and emotional symbolism, while herbs and spices reflect traditions of protection, healing, and vitality.
This ritual is designed to help you release, renew, and align with the season of growth. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected to your intentions and inner energy.
Parking
Public beach parking is available nearby. Exact meeting location and directions will be sent after registration.

• Personal photos, notes, or meaningful items for your medicine jar
What to Wear
Comfortable beach attire. Layers are recommended as ocean breezes can be cool.
