Spring Equinox Soundbath

Come join a free soundbath and nurturing space at Liberty Park.
☀️ Together we will practice light yoga to release tension (easy stretching exercises & beginner friendly), immerse in a soundbath to connect with the trees, and take some time to journal.
☀️ Bring a yoga mat or blanket, your journal, pen, water, and come as you are. This is a laid back and self care space for yourself to reset, reconnect, and welcome the Spring Equinox or Spring season.
💤 Soundbath will feature crystal sound healing bowls, drumming, Native American flute, tibetan bowls, ocean drum, and various chimes.

📍 Where: Liberty Park (west park) in Cerritos.
Park on Studebaker Rd. Look for yoga mats.
