Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Celebrate the turning of the season by reconnecting with nature. Together we’ll plant and nourish seeds—both in the soil and within ourselves—setting intentions for growth in the months ahead. Come breathe, reflect, and welcome the season of new beginnings.
We’ll begin with meditation, breathwork, and an intention-setting ritual, followed by a restorative sound bath with hands-on Reiki. Please bring a yoga mat to sit and lie on.

Parking: Street parking is available around Los Angeles State Historic Park, with additional paid parking lots nearby. We recommend allowing extra time to find parking, especially on weekends. Rideshare and Metro are also convenient options, with Chinatown Station located a short walk from the park. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and settling in before the event begins.
