Sound Healing with Yasmine Yoga NoHo Center

Join us on the first Sunday of every month (if it is a holiday, we usually do not offer the soundbath on holidays) for a incredible Relaxation Sound Bath with sacred gong, 432 hz quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other healing instruments used to put the mind into deep meditation, rejuvenate, and relax.

We’re raising our vibes to allow the amazing powers of manifestation to flow through us. The instruments used help to:

• induce deep relaxation
• lower blood pressure
• unblock emotions
• relieve physical pain
• rejuvenate
• relieve stress, anxiety and insomnia
• and activate higher states of consciousness

Our special once a month Sound Healing will feature our amazing teachers. They are senior teachers at the Yoga NoHo Center with years of experience not only in sound baths, but as yoga teachers, healers, muscians and has blessed this community with their devotion to heal people through sound and traditional yoga offerings. This Sunday will be by Yasmine.

We have all the props and some mats on a first come, first serve basis, so we do recommend bringing your mat. We have a water filling station, and a beautiful space to relax in. We encourage those who attend to be comfortable, wear comfy clothing and you can bring an extra blanket and pillow to create a cozy environment to relax and let go. Come join us as we take you through a truly immersive journey.

Parking: On Sundays the meter parking is free and there is also a lot of parking on Chandler Blvd which is one block north of us.
