Sacred Sounds: Cacao Ceremony & Sound Meditation

A heart-opening cacao ceremony and sound healing experience to celebrate the blooming energy of the Spring Equinox.

Join Cici & Mel for Sacred Sounds, an intentional evening of heart connection and meditation designed to gently guide you into the remainder of the year with clarity and ease.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony crafted to ground you, soften your spirit, and help your intentions rise naturally. From there, enjoy a multi-healer reflective meditation and immersive sound bath focused on releasing anything you no longer wish to carry forward.

As nature awakens and begins to blossom, spring invites us into a powerful “new year” a sacred turning point where the seeds we’ve planted start to take root and grow. This season calls us forward, encouraging us to nurture our intentions and move boldly toward manifestation. Together, we’ll release stagnant energy that no longer serves our dreams and create space for expansion, clarity, and new beginnings.

Expect an evening of nourishment, restoration, community, and deep self-care.

This is a safe, affirming space for all Black, Brown, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ community members. Bring your mat, bring your energy, and meet us there.

Doors open: 5:15pm

Cacao Cermony: 5:30-6:15pm

Sound bath: 6:15-7:15pm

Community Time: 7:15-7:30pm (mingle, connect, take photos, vibe)

Things to know. . .

• Arrival: Doors open at 5:15 pm. The cacao ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.
• Late Policy: No entry will be permitted after 5:35 pm to maintain the integrity of the ceremony.
• What to Bring: Yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters will be provided. You're welcome to bring anything you may need for your comfort but we have you covered!
• What to wear: Comfortable, breathable, clothing. We will be indoors.
• Parking: Ample free street parking is available.
• Tip: Early arrival is strongly encouraged so we can begin on time.
