This intimate women’s workshop is a sacred container to gently release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the wisdom, magnetism, and power of your feminine core.

Through guided breathwork, womb-focused meditation, energy healing transmission, and ceremonial practices, you will be supported in:

• Clearing stagnant womb energy

You do not need prior breathwork experience.
