Give us two hours this Tuesday night—leave with a calmer nervous system and a sleep-ready body so you wake up Wednesday clear, grounded, and restored.

The Experience

• Opening guided meditation + light breathwork to clear emotional residue, settle the body, and downshift the nervous system.
• Immersive Tibetan bowls to invite spacious calm and a receptive state.
• Seamless transition into the gongs — five Paiste gongs (Sun, Moon, Venus & Symphonic series) — for a full 360° sound bath immersion that releases what’s stuck and restores balance.
• Closing gratitude-based guided meditation for gentle re-entry and integration, so you leave grounded, clear, and sleep-ready.

• A private, indoor studio designed for a deeper, undisturbed experience
• Guided sound meditation that calms the nervous system and eases sleep
• A space to fully unwind, reset focus, and recharge for the days ahead

What’s provided / Comfort

• We prepare your spot with intention: plush pillow, blanket, bolster for leg support, and an eye mask—ready before you arrive so you can simply show up and receive.
• This is a 2-hour, lay-down experience. Cozy socks recommended. Shoes are left on the rack before entering (no exceptions).

Studio etiquette

• Phones off once inside.
• No food in the room. Only leak-proof water bottles (no open lids) to protect the carpet.
• Bathrooms are outside the studio—please use the restroom before the session for comfort during this lay-down experience.
• We do not have a waiting room for children or pets; only ticketed attendees may enter the studio.
• All new guests must sign our disclosure agreement (this includes everyone in your party).
• We begin once everyone is set; doors close at start to protect the meditation container.

Refunds & transfers (updated)

• Refunds: Full refund up to 72 hours before the event; after that, all sales are final. (Eventbrite fees may be non-refundable.)
• Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another guest for the same date only—no credits, vouchers, or date changes.
• Group purchases: If buying for others, we do not issue credits/vouchers if someone in your party cannot attend. No exceptions.

Organizer notice
We may cancel or postpone due to circumstances beyond our control (utilities, access, weather/air quality, safety orders, facility issues, access closures, tech outages, or extremely low sign-ups). If that occurs, you’ll receive a full refund, and we’ll contact you via your purchase email (and text if we have your phone number).
