Yoga for all levels, welcoming everyBODY!
We’re collaborating with REACH LA to offer a free yoga class open to all levels.
Join Dilan for a relaxing practice that blends gentle yoga, mindful awareness meditation, and breathwork to help you find balance and peace. You’ll learn essential breathing techniques and mindfulness tools you can carry into your daily life, whenever you need to pause, reset, and restore.
This is the perfect opportunity to move, breathe, and simply be in a peaceful, welcoming, and safe space.
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat and water.
🚗 Parking:
Free parking is available in the REACH LA parking lot. Please drive up the hill driveway, and a REACH LA staff member will open the gate for you so you can park inside the lot. If you are taking public transit, the building entrance is on the corner of Olympic Blvd and Birch St. Please call (213) 255-5433 when you arrive.
