What to expect

This is a passive meditation. There is no movement required; your role is to breathe and listen. The sound does the work for you.

Event Details & Logistics:

• Comfort Provided: We provide mats and blankets. You are welcome to bring an eye mask or pillow if you'd like extra cushioning.
• What to wear: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (sweatpants, yoga gear or cozy socks).
• Arrival: Doors open 10 minutes prior to the start time. To respect the silence of the space, late entry is not permitted once the session begins. Please arrive early to use the restroom and settle.
