Guided meditation for brain health with Lea, and a guided Mahjong lesson with Janet Li. Enjoy a mindful social gathering, tea and treats!

This is a great event for beginners who want to learn the game of Chinese Mahjong, or for those who have some past experience.


May 9 from 11:00am to 2:00pm

We start off with Guided Meditation to focus your mind and get the brain ready to learn.

Then Janet Li will teach you how the game of Mahjong is played. Enjoy a mindful social gathering, and relaxed community atmosphere. Tea and treats.
