This two-day, 10-hour continuing education workshop invites yoga teachers to explore how the foundational teachings of yoga philosophy can be lived, embodied, and woven seamlessly into modern life and contemporary vinyasa-style classes.
This training focuses on practical integration of the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Chakra system. We will explore how yogic wisdom informs the way we move, teach, speak, relate, and make choices in a modern world. Youβll learn how to translate timeless concepts into accessible language, intuitive sequencing, and meaningful themes that naturally arise within a flow-based asana class.
Through discussion, movement, reflection, and practice, youβll explore how philosophy becomes lived experienceβon the mat and beyond it. This workshop supports teachers in embodying yoga as a flexible, responsive system that meets the realities of contemporary life.
This workshop is for yoga teachers and yoga practitioners who want to make yoga philosophy deeper part of their lives.
Itβs ideal for teachers & students seeking depth without dogma. Ancient wisdom translated for the modern world.
Participants receive 10 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education.
