This experience will be lead by Zack featuring crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and transformative resonance of gong, an instrument known for its ability to clear energetic blockages and rest the nervous system. The vibrations work on a cellular level, helping to release tension, balance emotions, and restore harmony to the mind and body.
