Welcome the season of renewal with a feel-good flow alongside rescued goats from Hello Critter, set beneath the sycamores in The Garland’s Beverly Park 🌿🐐

Enjoy communing with gentle goats while engaging in a fun, light-hearted practice led by a certified yoga instructor. Connect with your “inner kid” in an all-levels class — perfect for first-timers who “just came for the goats” and experienced yogis looking for a playful new challenge.

Hello Critter’s Nigerian Dwarf kids will open your heart, widen your smile, deepen your stretch, and strengthen your core as they weave through class — jumping, trotting, and interacting with participants throughout the experience.

Our Commitment to Animal Welfare

All Hello Critter goats are rescued and/or fostered animals who are cared for with compassion and intention. At The Garland, we intentionally partner only with local businesses that demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical animal welfare practices and the highest standards of humane treatment and wellbeing.

Your Goat Yoga Ticket Includes:

• 60 minutes of yoga led by a certified instructor
• Dedicated time for petting, playing, and photos with the goats
• Refreshment station with infused water and fresh fruit
• Garland branded reusable water bottle

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and to set up your practice space.

Not Included (But Highly Encouraged! 🥂 ☕ 🥞 🍳)

Refuel after your workout and join us for brunch at The Front Yard — The Garland Hotel’s on-site restaurant and neighborhood favorite.

Brunch is served from 11:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Know Before You Go(at) 🐐

• Wear a top that covers your back in case a goat hops on.
• Hoodies, hats, and hair ties are recommended if you'd prefer not to have your hair “trimmed" by baby goats.
• Remove loose jewelry.
• Leave behind anything you'd rather not have climbed on, nibbled, or "blessed".
• Some goats enjoy “customizing” yoga mats. If you'd prefer to keep yours autograph-free, bring a towel to cover it or rent a sanitized mat from us for $5. The Garland has a limited quantity of complimentary mats, available on a first come, first served basis.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to hold harmless Michelle Tritten of Hello Critter and The Garland Hotel from claims arising from participation in this event. All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to class.

About Hello Critter

Michelle began her journey with pet goats in the eighties and yoga in the nineties- back then she would have never imagined that two of her greatest passions would dovetail together on Earth Day of 2017. Since then, she and her goats have been enjoying the rewards of bringing joy to others. Her goats have been invited to several notable locations, including the L.A. Arboretum, The Gamble House, The Jonathan Club, Pepperdine University and more. Whether it be for a yoga session, sound bath, hiking, river walk, play date, creative workshop, or to visit senior communities and schools, the adventurous nature of the Hello Critter goats inspires them to jump into their “barn on wheels” to visit places most goats will never see! She recognizes each of her goats (Roscoe, Floyd, Billy, Burlap, Fanny, Lil'bit, Gigi, Felix, Koko, Ivy, Hansel & Gretel) as highly intelligent, curious, funny, brave, and social animals with individual personalities.
