During the session, our skilled practitioner, Ritu, will guide you through a Reiki healing session, enhancing the flow of energy and promoting balance within your body and mind. As you lay comfortably on a mat, Sara will generate the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments that will wash over you, melting away stress and tension.
