Full Moon Modular Sound Bath

It's Spring! Let's begin our Spring sound series with the Root Chakra. It reflects the beginning of a season and the new intentions we may set. It grounds us and gives us support to plant our seeds that may grow into anything. Let your heart and mind wander as your body rests during this deeply relaxing sound experience.

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
