Crystals: A Crash Course

Crystals have been used for healing, protection, and energetic alignment for thousands of years. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to intentionally work with crystal energy for healing, meditation, and chakra balancing.
Whether you’re new to crystals or looking to deepen your practice, this class will give you both the knowledge and practical experience needed to confidently work with crystals for personal healing and energy work.
This class includes a training manual and a combination of learning, discussion, and hands-on practice.
In this class we will cover:
• The history of crystal use, including both modern science and ancient traditions
• The benefits and healing properties of crystals
• Crystal meditation techniques
• How to properly clear, cleanse, and charge your crystals
• How to use crystals in your home and office for energetic support
• Understanding the chakra system
• Matching crystals to each chakra for healing and balance
• A hands-on chakra healing session using crystals
Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately begin using in their personal practice or healing work.
