Blessings Friends...with the world in peril, it’s more important than ever to slow down, take a deep breath and take care of yourself so you can continue bringing your love and light to the world. This Sunday at 4pm at AnAkA brings an Angel Sound Bath to Holy Ground. This will be a gentle sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and open space for rest, clarity, and inner listening. AnAkA uses layered vocal tones, chimes, buffalo drum, and singing bowls — arrive as you are and let the sound carry you.
Please bring a mat, blanket and anything else you need to be super comfortable. We have extra mats and blankets if necessary. Come early to be in community and peruse Holy Ground and Watermelon Books, the first bookstore in the US dedicated to Palestine.
