Join us for a calming evening of blue lotus tea, gentle movement, sound healing, and Yoga Nidra.
We will begin with a short lotus-inspired movement practice to release tension in the body, followed by a blue lotus tea ceremony. Blue lotus has been used for centuries in ancient traditions as a flower associated with relaxation, dreaming, and inner awareness.
From there, youβll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice β often called βyogic sleepβ β a deeply restorative meditation where the body rests while the mind remains gently aware. Soft sound healing instruments will accompany the journey to support deep relaxation.
This experience is designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect you with a sense of inner stillness.
No meditation or yoga experience is necessary.
Participants will also receive a small dream journal to take home for reflection and integration.
