Equinox Meditation and Gong Bath
On the Spring Equinox, join a epic sound bath with six gongs and special meditation to call back the light. While the equinox represent a balance between day and night, this time of year challenges our equilibrium. Realign and find inner stability while clearing away the residue from the winter season.
Release, rebalance and replenish in the healing vibrations of six booming gongs. The 50” Paiste Symphonic, 36” Paiste Brilliant, 34” Vintage Paiste, 32” Paiste Symphonic, 28” Paite Bronze No. 9 and 21” Gongland Infinity Gongs will resonate in the dodecagon of the sacred StarHouse. Allow the vibrations of the gongs to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system as you relax and recharge.

Spring Activation
Start the first full day of Spring with energy and rejuvenation through a Kundalini Yoga practice. You'll be guided through a dynamic set of movement, asana, breath-work and meditation in a temple aligned with the seasons. This all-levels practice will develop your strength, determination and flexibility to navigate and optimize the vital life-force of the emerging Spring.
After a vigorous practice, rest and integrate in the resonance of the gongs. The workshop will close with a meditation and intention setting for the brightest half of the year.
No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy. This is a sober event. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong.
Wear clothes to move in. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some blankets and cushions available at the StarHouse.

Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final and become nonrefundable 7 days prior to the event. There are no transfers to future events.
If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer or sell your ticket to someone else. Contact events@pavanjeet.com with the name of the transfer.
Important driving direction:
You must take SUNSHINE CANYON to arrive at the StarHouse. DO NOT take Linden Drive to private roads with a gate that willl prevent you from getting to the StarHouse. If you've never been to the StarHouse give yourself extra time to find the venue.
