Spring Equinox Gathering

Event Details :

The event will begin with a mindful nature walk by the creek. Once everyone has arrived, we will drop into our bodies and ground in to the earth. We will then sip on an herbal infusion and engage in a plant connection practice. Followed by somatic movement, intention setting, and a group ritual. The evening will end with a sunset Reiki sound bath as we envision the seed of our intentions growing as we move into the spring.

Light snacks and refreshments will also be provided.
