Spring Cacao & Limpia Ceremony

Hosted by Krista Mayes-Poole - Got Equanimity

Join us for an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao and a traditional plant limpia for energetic clearing and heart-centered connection.

Spring Cacao & Limpia Ceremony

As we transition toward spring β€” a season of renewal and new beginnings β€” we invite you into an intimate evening to pause, reflect, and open from the heart. This gathering weaves together ceremonial cacao and a traditional plant limpia as one experience to support deep relaxation & energetic renewal.

Maria, originally from Colombia, will guide the cacao ceremony using ceremonial cacao sourced from Latin America β€” a plant long used to encourage grounding, connection, and gentle heart opening.

Krista will offer a plant limpia using thoughtfully selected ceremonial plants. A limpia is a traditional energetic cleansing practice found in Indigenous cultures around the world. Through intentional movement of plants within the energetic field, along with breathwork, sound healing, and meditation, this ceremony will support energetic balance, alignment and clarity.

Together, this gathering is designed to:

β€’ Invite deep relaxation

β€’ Clear energetic heaviness

β€’ Open the heart gently and safely

β€’ Support grounded emotional release

Both facilitators bring years of experience in space holding, meditation, and metaphysical work, creating a steady and deeply supportive container.

Open to all. Held in a private home healing space.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, pillow, and wear comfortable clothing.
