Join us for a small group practice of conscious breathwork to take you deep within like a moving spiral to your center, followed by a facilitated integration circle where we a path between the internal journey and your outward life. During the integration portion, you’ll serve hot tea to nourish the nervous system, be offered journal prompts for a path of integration, and open the circle for a facilitated discussion. Sharing in the group is not required, only if you feel called.
Conscious breathwork is a rhythmic breath pattern where the inhale and exhale are looped together creating a continuous flow of oxygen and energy. By maintaining this circular breath pattern, you bypass the analytical mind, dropping into the body and can be an opportunity to access altered states of consciousness.
